Residential project developed on a constrained urban plot, where regulatory limits and reduced footprint informed the overall spatial strategy.
The design reinterprets the traditional Cape Verdean house typology—one door, two windows—into a contemporary configuration comprising a ground-floor apartment and an upper-level loft, both with independent access.Conceived for flexibility and collective living, the project balances compact construction with adaptable interior spaces and outdoor areas supporting social use.
